Welcome to Geetu’s Yoga.

I’m Geetutpala Bordoloi and I’d like to help you get started and guide you through your yoga journey.

Yoga is a way of life and my mission is to make people experience the authentic hatha yoga tradition with its integrated approach. Understanding the science of holistic living to bring health and happiness, peace harmony, growth in individuals and unravel the hidden mysteries of yoga.

Here are the classes and services I offer.

One-To-One Sessions

In these sessions I get to know my clients’ body, structure and constitution to provide an individualised yoga program for them. The progress my clients have made in this manner has been profound.

Group Sessions

The group classes I teach, both online and in person are formed all students who continue to experience the benefits of yoga on a weekly basis. Seeing the progress my students make over time is heartening.

Retreats

Students come together and new students being invited to our regular retreats both in Europe and Assam, India. The retreats offer an opportunity to immerse oneself in yoga, nature, wholesome food, wellbeing and healing.

PRANAYAM SESSION (FREE)

We have a Free Pranayam Session for our students to partake in. This class is available Monday to Friday from 6:30AM to 7:30AM.

HATHA YOGA
