What I Do
Here are the classes and services I offer.
One-To-One Sessions
In these sessions I get to know my clients’ body, structure and constitution to provide an individualised yoga program for them. The progress my clients have made in this manner has been profound.
Group Sessions
The group classes I teach, both online and in person are formed all students who continue to experience the benefits of yoga on a weekly basis. Seeing the progress my students make over time is heartening.
Retreats
Students come together and new students being invited to our regular retreats both in Europe and Assam, India. The retreats offer an opportunity to immerse oneself in yoga, nature, wholesome food, wellbeing and healing.
